1. ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pre-order items ship when stock becomes available.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

• Shop Pay
Payments are securely encrypted at all times.

3. SHIPPING

✅ Domestic (Australia)

• Free standard shipping Australia-wide
• Delivery time: 10–14 business days

(Production + dispatch + delivery time included)

✅ International Shipping

• Flat rate: $10 AUD
• Delivery time: 10–14 business days (country-dependent)
• Customs or import fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

All orders include tracking information.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Revival operates under a strict No Return / No Exchange policy due to limited-batch production.

This includes:
• No returns for change of mind
• No size exchanges
• No cancellations after purchase

✅ Exceptions only if:
• Item arrives faulty
• Wrong item delivered

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and your order number for support.

5. SIZING

Please check the size chart on each product page before purchasing.
Need help choosing your size? DM us on Instagram @revival — we reply within 24–48 hours.

6. LIMITED DROP POLICY

• All items are limited edition and may not restock.
• Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it until checkout is complete.

7. ORDER ISSUES

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with:
• Order number
• Photos (if damaged)
• Your shipping name & email

We will work with the carrier to find a solution.
